You can't save in html... etc. It's nice to have a backup on your computer just in case. Blog2Post allows html save thus you can also open a html file. It's odd that WLW wouldn't open html or MS Word 2007 blog post files, thus blog2post and others will work better with Word 2007 than WLW and keep your information available for other programs. WLW saves in a proprietary format! You can’t save in html… etc.
