What’s hot? Its Integration…

Seems “integration” is the buzzword these days with new technologies and services. Google gadgets allow your iGoogle page to be an all-in-one. Here’s an example of my iGoogle page:

igoogle.jpg

As you can see, it contains everything from GTalk, GMail, orkut to Cricinfo live scores, Indic transliteration, BSE Sensex and what not !

Another example of this is the new Web-IM sites like Meebo and eBuddy, where you can integrate all of your IM accounts into one.

And there is a desktop version of the same too, called Pidgin.

Now a treat for all the bloggers, there’s ScribeFire. It allows you to manage multiple blogging accounts without the need to log into them everytime. And that too just as a FireFox plugin. This post, and the previous one too, have been made using ScribeFire.

And then there’s SeaMonkey, the “all-in-one internet application suite” powered by Mozilla, which contains an Internet browser, email client, HTML editor, IRC chat and web development tools.

Hmmm….really cool, I say…

Powered by ScribeFire.
